The majority of Latvian residents would be happy if someone congratulated them on Valentine's Day 14/02/2024 Saint Valentine's Day or All Lovers' Day, colloquially often referred to as Valentine's Day, is a holiday of love celebrated annually on February 14 in many countries. On this day, people express their love for each other with greetings and gifts. The research company Kantar conducted a survey with the aim of finding out how Latvian residents view receiving greetings (e.g. acknowledgments of attention, flowers, small gifts) on Valentine's Day.
